Motivations
He can not cook and doesn't want to learn. Sometimes is nice to have dinner with friends in a good restaurant, but it will be nicer if he can just hire a friendly cook to come to his house to cook for him when he wants to eat at home. And of cause, the tase and quality of the food is very important for him, and he doesn't need to worry about the budget.

Even she didn't study any professional cooking skill in school, everybody loves her food. And her son is going to college next year, so it would be very helpful if she can earn some money for her son's tuition by cooking.

She may receives one or multiple cooking offers, so she will need to chose which customer she would like to cook for
She will discuss with the customer about more cooking details by sending message in the app
She will schedule a face-time interview with the customer by using the "video call" function in the app
Finally, she gets this cooking offer, and arranges an appointment
